Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate SAP MDG & GRC Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for global corporate clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on niche SAP Governance & Compliance modules, train diverse learners across industries, and contribute to enterprise-grade SAP solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) and SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training for corporate clients across industries and geographies.
- Develop training materials, practical labs, and real-world case studies to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and incorporate them into training delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to learners, ensuring knowledge transfer and hands-on expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training delivery quality and learner outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of SAP functional/consulting experience in SAP domains.
- At least 23 years of training delivery experience in SAP GRC and/or MDG modules.
- SAP Certified Consultant in GRC and/or MDG.
- SAP Certified Application Associate in Security, Data Governance, or Risk & Compliance (preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-grade SAP implementations with exposure to advanced SAP solutions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience delivering SAP authorized courses is a plus.
