Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with creative teams to design motion graphics, animations, and videos that meet project and brand objectives.
- Create 2D and 3D animations including logo, character, text animations, and special effects using tools like Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
- Develop storyboards and animatics to structure the narrative and visual flow of projects.
- Apply motion tracking, visual effects, and compositing to enhance the realism and impact of visual content.
- Design and edit still visuals such as backgrounds, illustrations, titles, and supporting elements for animation projects.
- Coordinate with audio professionals to integrate sound effects, music, and voiceovers into final outputs.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to keep work innovative and competitive.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision, gather feedback, and revise designs accordingly.
- Ensure final outputs meet technical standards across platforms including web, social media, TV, and mobile.
- Optimize animations for various screen sizes, formats, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, editors, and creative leads to deliver cohesive multimedia content.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion tracking, compositing, and visual effects.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating prior motion graphics and animation work.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and encoding techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
