Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop reusable automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver - Automate functional, regression, and integration test cases for web applications - Work closely with developers and QA analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies - Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks based on Java, Python, or other programming languages - Execute test scripts, analyze results, and report defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla - Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions - Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing using Selenium Grid - Perform root cause analysis on failed tests and provide resolutions - Maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports - Ensure best practices in automation testing and test data management
