Delivery Boy

We are hiring Delivery Executives for delivering food orders booked through IRCTC Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation to passengers at railway stations The role requires punctuality communication skills and the ability to coordinate with restaurant partners and train schedules Key Responsibilities Deliver food to passengers directly at their train seat or platform before the train s departure Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per train schedule and coach seat number Communicate with customers for coordination if needed via call SMS Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety during delivery Use IRCTC s partner delivery app for order tracking and updates Handle cash or digital payments if required Report delivery status and any issues to the supervisor Requirements Basic understanding of train schedules and station platforms Own a valid ID and smartphone Android preferred Able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays Good communication skills in Hindi and or local language Physically fit and punctual Polite and customer-service oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in food or courier delivery Familiarity with IRCTC and train systems Knowledge of platform and station protocols Benefits Performance-based incentives per delivery Uniform and ID card provided On-the-job training Opportunity to work in partnership with a reputed national brand IRCTC Contact 9437498003 Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Schedule Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
