Job Summary As a Retail Sales Executive at Company Name you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the construction materials industry You will play a vital role in promoting and selling our wide range of construction materials to retail customers ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives by selling construction materials to retail customers Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally Product Knowledge Develop a deep understanding of the company s construction materials including features benefits and applications Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to effectively position products Sales Strategy and Planning Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer segments Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records including customer interactions sales activities and transactions Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager Product Presentation Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about the benefits of the company s products Organize and participate in trade shows exhibitions and events to promote products and enhance brand visibility Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration Marketing or a related field Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in retail sales preferably in the construction materials industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software Good understanding of the local market and customer preferences Key Competencies Customer-focused mindset Goal-oriented and self-motivated Adaptability and flexibility Problem-solving skills High level of integrity and professionalism Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Experience Sales 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
