Define the NorthStar vision, technical roadmap, planning and execution of the portal teams into the agentic era.

Documentation Portal

The Documentation Portal (docs.uipath.com) is a publicfacing knowledge hub that hosts every product guide, installation manual, API reference, release note, and tutorial across the UiPath platformcovering multiple versions, deployment types, and languages. The portal is undergoing a full overhaul. Internally, we must modernize our content management system and adopt a DocOps approach to raise documentation quality and keep pace with rapid product growth. Externally, we will revamp content delivery to support inplace sample runs and optimize the experience for a range of coding paradigms and editors.

Customer Support Portal

The Customer Support Portal gives UiPath enterprise customers a single place to view licenses, open and track support cases, contact UiPath, share artifacts, and browse a curated knowledge base. We have started transforming support into an agentdriven experiencedeploying automatic case classification for smarter routing, deflecting tickets with relevant documentation and knowledgebase content, and reimagining support through a seamless mix of AI agents and human assistance.

What You&aposll Do At UiPath

- We are looking for an Engineer manager with strong customer passion, accountability and drive to enhance customer experience and who work well with the teams across UiPath.
- The ideal candidate should be well-versed with the entire software development lifecycle and should be able to produce well-tested high-quality code.
- They should love coaching, mentoring teams and holding accountability while seeking excellence.
- Apart from possessing strong technical skills, the candidate should show a strong bias for action, be adaptable and exhibit uninhibited entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude.
- You must also be able to take lead on analyzing complex technical issues, architectural and design choices and communicate them with the team and stakeholders in both written and verbal manner to drive consensus.

What you&aposll bring to the team

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, developing large scale commercial services with robust performance, resiliency and telemetry, delivered Online
- 2+ years of experience managing small nimble teams
- 5 to 8 years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, front-end technologies like Angular, React / Redux, Web Components and upcoming web technologies.
- Good to have experience in Node.js and frameworks available for it like Express, Loopback, Meteor etc.
- Exceptional design, coding and problem-solving skills, with a bias for architecting at scale.
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Mongo, Cassandra etc.
- Real-world experience
- Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms and design patterns
