Production Supervisor

Qualification B Sc Chemistry or equivalent degree Experience 4-5 years of relevant experience in the Production Department of a Chemical or Process Industry Job Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth plant operation and achievement of production targets Monitor process parameters batch operations and maintain process discipline as per SOPs Ensure adherence to safety quality and environmental standards during all production activities Coordinate with the Quality Control Maintenance and Stores departments for seamless workflow Maintain proper production records logbooks and daily reports Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize wastage Train and guide plant operators and contract manpower on safe work practices and process operations Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods Participate in root-cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions Support the Production Manager in planning and executing production schedules Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of chemical process operations and batch handling Understanding of production safety and environmental compliance Leadership and team management skills Good communication and coordination ability Basic knowledge of MS Office and production reporting systems Reporting To Production Manager Plant Head Employment Type Full-time Salary As per industry standards Employment Type Full-Time Interested candidates may apply with their updated resume to mahesh kushwaha proecenergy com mentioning Chemist - QC Production in the subject line Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
