Job Description We are hiring for Accounts - Non Trade for our Finance Team at Corporate Office, Bangalore. If interested, please share the below details with your CV Total Experience - Current Compensation - Expected Compensation - Notice Period - Work location: Bangalore Work from Office Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including complex accounting areas. - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. - Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure resolution of discrepancies. - Record and review journal entries with a strong understanding of accounting principles. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial schedules and reports. - Liaise with statutory auditors and coordinate for timely closure of audits. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Key Requirements: - Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. - Hands-on experience with SAP (FI module preferred). - Proven experience in handling intercompany transactions and month-end close. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Knowledge of accounting standards like IND AS or GAAP.
