Job Description Job Title:Project Manager Location: Offshore Bangalore, India Duration: 11-month contract with possibility of extension Business Unit: Technology Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale transformation projects, particularly within Treasury and Trading systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and treasury products, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the development and implementation of plans for design, testing, and deployment of business requirements. - Track and report project status under the assigned scope of work. - Ensure adherence to the project management framework and maintain all project artifacts in the central repository. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and change management teams. - Perform business analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements. - Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document). - Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges. - Ensure all deliverables and documentation comply with defined quality and process standards. ________________________________________ Mandatory Skills & Experience: - Minimum12 years of overall experience. - ProvenProject Management experience, preferably in financial services or banking. - Hands-on experience inlarge-scale transformation projectsrelated toTreasury/Trading systems. - Knowledge ofMurexor other trading platforms is a plus. - Strong understanding ofTreasury productssuch asDerivatives, Foreign Exchange, and Equities. - Excellentverbal and written communicationskills. - Preferred / Additional Skills: - Experience with one or more of the following areas: - Integration withExchangesandInternational Markets - FIX ProtocolandMarket Data Integration - Settlement and Reconciliationprocesses - Limit Management,Position and Cash Management - Corporate ActionsandMargin Trading - Integration withCore Banking Systemsand related subsystems Technical Knowledge: - Ability to write and interpretSQL queries - Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Project,Scrum, andKanbanmethodologies - Familiarity withJava/.NETanddatabase concepts - Proficient inMicrosoft Excel
