Posting Title Gynecologist Industry Medical Salary 3LPM to 4 LPM Work Experience 0-1 year Summary We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Gynecologist to deliver high-quality women s health care in a fast-paced clinical environment This role offers early-career professionals the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to patient well-being through preventive care advanced procedures and holistic treatment The ideal candidate will be committed to clinical excellence patient safety and continuous professional growth within a supportive and innovative healthcare setting Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations including history taking physical exams and diagnostic testing Perform routine and advanced gynecological procedures such as D C LEEP Hysteroscopy Laparoscopy and Colposcopy Carry out surgical interventions including Cesarean Section Normal Vaginal Delivery Myomectomy Hysterectomy Oophorectomy Tubal Ligation and Pelvic Floor Repair Diagnose and manage benign and malignant gynecological conditions like fibroids ovarian cysts endometriosis and pelvic organ prolapse Support infertility care by conducting evaluations and coordinating with IVF and assisted reproductive technology programs Perform and interpret Pap Smears and other screening tests for early detection of reproductive tract abnormalities Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient comfort safety and long-term health Maintain accurate secure and compliant electronic medical records EMR Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including obstetricians endocrinologists and nursing staff Stay current with clinical advancements guidelines and best practices in gynecology through ongoing education Requirements MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology MD DM DNB in OBGYN Valid medical registration with the National Medical Commission NMC and state medical council Hands-on experience in D C LEEP Hysteroscopy Laparoscopy and other core gynecological surgeries Demonstrated ability to manage normal and complicated deliveries including Cesarean Sections Experience in infertility evaluation and coordination with IVF protocols Proficiency in diagnosing and treating fibroids endometriosis and pelvic organ prolapse Competency in performing and interpreting Pap Smears and Colposcopy results Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic clinical setting while adhering to protocols Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and on-call duties Preferred Qualifications Fellowship or training in minimally invasive gynecology or reproductive endocrinology Prior experience in a hospital or specialized women s health clinic Familiarity with electronic medical records EMR systems and digital documentation platforms
