Position Bar Manager Company Kish Hospitality Consultant Location Goa India Kish Hospitality Consultant is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to join our team at a luxury beach club in Goa We are a renowned hospitality consultancy firm committed to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our guests The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management and mixology with a proven track record of delivering high-quality beverage offerings Responsibilities 1 Develop and execute innovative drink menus featuring a wide variety of cocktails mocktails spirits and wines that cater to the beach club s clientele 2 Train and lead the bar staff to ensure exceptional service standards product knowledge and adherence to recipes and beverage preparation techniques 3 Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests and team members promoting a culture of professionalism respect and teamwork 4 Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently placing orders and monitoring supplies to ensure optimal stock and minimal waste 5 Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and beverages 6 Create and implement standard operating procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the bar including cash handling opening and closing procedures and maintenance 7 Stay updated on emerging trends in mixology craft cocktails and the beverage industry incorporating new ideas and concepts into the drink menu 8 Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to create food and beverage pairings and develop innovative promotions and events 9 Ensure compliance with all local regulations and licensing requirements pertaining to the bar operation 10 Monitor and control costs including labor inventory and waste to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements - Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment - Extensive knowledge of mixology beverage preparation techniques and current industry trends - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests staff and suppliers - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Experience in menu development and creating signature cocktails - Familiarity with inventory management software and POS systems - Knowledge of local and international wines spirits and cocktails - Understanding of health and safety regulations as they pertain to the bar operation - Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays - A degree or certification in a Hospitality Management Mixology is preferred If you have a passion for mixology and creating exceptional beverage offerings and are seeking an exciting opportunity to join a luxury beach club in Goa we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you believe you are the perfect fit for this position How to Apply If you re passionate about bartending and want to join our team email your resume to kishteamgoa gmail com Or contact us Cell 91 9067930661 WhatsApp 91 7770083354 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 448 000 00 - 760 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Panjim Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Bartending 10 years Required mixologist 7 years Required Senior Bartender Mixologist 8 years Preferred Language English Required Hindi Required License Certification bartender Preferred Work Location In person
