We are looking for an experienced and responsible Foreman to oversee and coordinate operations at our worksite The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction manufacturing maintenance etc ensure that projects are completed safely on time and to quality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors on-site Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with project specifications safety standards and deadlines Allocate resources effectively and monitor usage of tools equipment and materials Report progress delays or issues to management and assist in project planning Ensure all safety procedures and policies are strictly followed Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards Maintain accurate records of work materials and labor Requirements High school diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training is a plus Proven experience as a foreman or similar supervisory role in construction manufacturing etc Strong knowledge of construction methods materials tools and safety regulations Physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions Familiarity with project management and reporting tools is a plus Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company-provided accommodation on-site or nearby Job Types Full-time Permanent Freelance Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
