Summary: We need a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience in Google Ads, lead generation, and technical tracking setup. Key Responsibilities 1. Run and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube). 2. Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, and improve campaign performance (ROAS/CPA/CPL). 3. Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4. 4. Configure events, conversions, enhanced conversions, and server-side tracking. 5. Integrate Google Ads with CRM, backend systems, and offline conversion tracking. 6. Build basic performance reports using Looker Studio or Google Sheets. 7. Focus on lead generation through targeted campaigns and high-converting landing pages. Requirements 1. 3+ years of Google Ads experience. 2. Strong knowledge of GTM, GA4, pixels, events, and conversion tracking. 3. Experience in landing page optimization for lead generation. 4. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 5. Knowledge of Meta Ads is an added advantage.
