Shift Timings

- Night Shift: Aligning with US EST/CST/PST time zones.

Salary - DOE (Depends on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong background in marketing and placing IT consultants on various client requirements across the US market. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, a proven track record in bench sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Market available bench consultants (H1B, H1B Transfer, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and account managers to generate consistent requirements.
- Actively source new requirements using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, and networking.
- Negotiate optimal rates with clients/vendors while ensuring competitive margins.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients, and assist in closing positions.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants to ensure smooth onboarding and project transitions.
- Track and report daily/weekly activities, including submissions, interviews, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 35 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US hiring processes, visa types, and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency with US job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US business hours).
