Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager with 34 years of relevant experience to manage and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's strategic goals through effective HR planning, employee engagement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies - Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management processes - Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures when required - Monitor and support training and development programs - Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for timely processing - Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metrics - Stay updated with HR trends, tools, and best practices - Lead HR policy revisions and ensure consistent application across teams Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred) - 34 years of experience in core HR functions - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., Zoho, SAP, BambooHR, etc.) - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Skills: - Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment - Familiarity with employer branding and social media hiring - Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits - Supportive and collaborative work culture - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Work-life balance and flexible policies To Apply: - Please send your resume to [Confidential Information] with the subject line Application for HR Manager.
