Initial analysis of tickets in the queue. Communication & publishing of reports with customers, understanding of compliance procedures and regulations .Roles and responsibilities detail sContribute in the definition of Production procedures to ensure service performanc - eStudy and analyse payment operating platform like UNIX, SQ - LUnderstand & implement the business recovery plan (PRA - )Define and implement of Production procedure - sEnsure release implementation and postproduction suppor - tAssist in developing small enhancements and features for existing applications - .Contribute to the analysis of vulnerability constraints of the production system . Contribute in customer support to meet availability and reliability commitmen - tsParticipate in handling and processing of requests and incidents related to Producti - onUnderstand and define clearly prerequisites for production syste - m.Discuss, understand and define the small enhancements based on customer requirement - s.Effective communication and daily/weekly meetings with customers (e.g. Steering Committee, Production Committee, etc - .)Execute and publish multiple production reports to the stakeholde - rsParticipate in creating and maintaining action plans for existing as well as new service - s.Participate in the definition of servicing tasks: alarms, scheduling, backups and planning batche - s.Work closely with IT operations team and identify opportunities of automation to ensure elimination of recurring issues in productio n.
