Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding business opportunities driving sales growth building relationships with doctors chemists distributors and generating consistent revenue Key Responsibilities1 Sales Business Development Identify and onboard new clients including doctors clinics hospitals and pharmacies Promote the company s pharma products and achieve monthly quarterly sales targets Maintain strong follow-up to ensure repeat orders and brand recall 2 Market Expansion Develop new geographical territories and increase the reach of Maxnova Healthcare Conduct field visits cold calls and appointment-based meetings 3 Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure high service levels 4 Product Promotion Branding Conduct product detailing to doctors and chemists Participate in promotional activities CMEs and product awareness campaigns 5 Reporting Documentation Prepare daily call reports DCR Track sales data and update CRM management as required Provide market feedback on competitors and customer needs Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline 1-5 years of experience in pharma sales healthcare business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Willingness to travel for fieldwork Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
