About the Job: As part of the AT&T Governance Enforcement, Assessment and Testing, Third Party Risk, and Emerging Technology Cyber Organization (GATE), you will support the Emerging Technology Team by leading a team to design and implement security protocols to safeguard Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems from malicious actors. Develop tools and processes to analyze and mitigate AI security-related threats and vulnerabilities and implement strategies to defend AI systems against cyber-attacks. Research and evaluate emerging AI security technologies for effectiveness. Audit AI systems for security risks and ensure compliance and consult with stakeholders to ensure the secure deployment of AI systems. The Leader in this role will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 10+ experienced professionals in AT&T India. The leader in this role oversees, manages and supports day-to-day operations, including various projects, tasks and initiatives. Continuously collaborates with US and India Cyber Security leadership teams and other stakeholders on engineering and operational matters. Experience Level: 15+ years. Location: Bangalore Responsibilities Include: - Design and develop security protocols to protect AI systems from malicious actors. - Monitor AI systems and networks to detect potential security threats. - Develop tools and processes to analyze security threats and vulnerabilities. - Create and implement strategies to protect AI systems from cyber-attacks. - Research emerging technologies in AI security and evaluate their effectiveness. - Develop secure coding standards and best practices for AI-related projects. - Audit existing AI systems for security risks and compliance. - Provide technical guidance to developers on secure coding practices. - Work with stakeholders to ensure secure deployment of AI systems. - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of AI security principles and practices. - Conduct AI solution architecture assessments to ensure proper security controls. - Design, implement, and plan tests for AI adversarial testing. - Develop and implement AI content and responsible AI filtering mechanisms. - Handle sensitive data securely within AI solutions. Required skills: - At least 15+ years of experience in performing security engineering and assessments of complex systems with AI / ML / Data Science capabilities and services. - 10+ years leading and managing diverse technical teams - 5+ years minimum experience in third-party risk management or risk consulting. - Cybersecurity expert with hands on experience implementing security protocols to safeguard AI systems. - Deep understanding of Cyber Security frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices - Track record of staying current with trends, techniques, tools, and processes that drive improvement of Cyber Security posture - Ability to asses and articulate risks from a business standpoint. - Sense of urgency and attention to detail - Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and geographically matrixed teams. - Flexible to provide coverage in US morning hours - Proven project management skills and experience. - Team-oriented thinking with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work - SANS, ISC2, ISACA, or other relevant certifications. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, information systems, engineering, commerce or cybersecurity. Desirable skills: - Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, information systems, engineering, cybersecurity. - Ability to guide direct reports and others through change and have a track record of successfully navigating organizational changes. - Flexible and creative thinker with strong execution skills. - Comfortable managing ambiguity and can anticipate the impact of decisions in order to move from high level concepts to details.
