Platform Lead Guidewire Bangalore Gurgaon IndiaAs the Platform Lead you will play a critical role in enhancing our Guidewire SaaS platform s reliability scalability and performance while streamlining the development and deployment processes You will be responsible for overseeing the entire Guidewire DevOps lifecycle Test automation collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the with our business objectives and accelerates the delivery of high-quality solutions xc2xb7 Design and maintain automated CI CD pipelines for applications to improve release management efficiency e g Insurance Workbench Develop the Quality Engineering test automation strategy roadmap KPIs standards and practices for the platform and agile product teams Assess product team requirements and propose test automation solutions to enhance efficiency Mentor and collaborate with product Scrum teams providing guidance on test automation best practices xc2xb7 Manage and optimize environments sandbox development testing and production to ensure stability and consistency xc2xb7 Plan and coordinate the release schedules including release notes rollback plans and communication to stakeholders xc2xb7 Ensure deployed code adhere to security and compliance standards including data protection and privacy regulations by establishing appropriate security checks xc2xb7 Implement monitoring tools and practices to proactively identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks xc2xb7 Identify opportunities for automation within the DevOps process to reduce manual efforts xc2xb7 Lead and mentor DevOps Test Automation Release Platform engineers Platform architect of the Guidewire platform and collaborate across cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality solutions Provide technical CheckMarx SonarQube etc Microfocus Testing tools ALM QC PC UFT JMETER Proven experience as a Platform Lead with a track record of successfully delivering complex Guidewire cloud solutions in complex enterprise environments insurance domain expertise is a plus Excellent Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Harness Dynatrace Git Bitbucket and Datadog In-depth knowledge and experiences in Design Thinking UX CX BPMN and cloud-based integration Significant leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively guide and collaborate with development product squads stakeholders and business users A deep understanding of Scaled Agile principles and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation Ability to adapt to changing product requirements and embrace emerging technologies and industry trends Familiarity with agile tools and software such as JIRA and Confluence Bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent work
