AutoRABIT Profile AutoRABIT is the leader in DevSecOps for SaaS platforms such as Salesforce Its unique metadata-aware capability makes Release Management Version Control and Backup Recovery complete reliable and effective AutoRABIT s highly scalable framework covers the entire DevSecOps cycle which makes it the favourite platform for companies especially large ones who require enterprise strength and robustness in their deployment environment AutoRABIT increases the productivity and confidence of developers which makes it a critical tool for development teams especially large ones with complex applications AutoRABIT has institutional funding and is well positioned for growth Headquartered in the CA USA and with customers worldwide AutoRABIT is a place for bringing your creativity to the most demanding SaaS marketplace Position Overview We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team supporting our program for Commercial Accounts in APAC and EMEA regions in addition to managing various internal projects The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing projects and activities related to the implementation and continuous maintenance of projects from initiation to completion The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication planning and execution of all project activities This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a startup environment Roles Responsibilities Project Planning Coordination Develop detailed project plans and timelines outlining all project phases and milestones Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the seamless execution of projects and ongoing activities Ensure that project scope goals and deliverables are clearly defined and agreed upon with stakeholders Create project kick-off collaterals for presentations to new customers Set appropriate expectations to project teams and stakeholders Stakeholder Management Communicate project status updates and progress to clients senior management and internal stakeholders regularly Assist with managing relationships with vendors contractors and other third-party resources Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders ensuring that all needs are addressed and escalating issues as needed Risk Management Identify potential risks issues and dependencies in project timelines and resource allocation Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address unforeseen challenges with guidance from senior team members Project Execution Delivery Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure that tasks are completed according to the project schedule Monitor and track project progress ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget Ensure high-quality project output by reviewing work against project objectives Resource Management Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives Team Collaboration Work closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to achieve desired project outcomes Conduct regular team meetings to track progress resolve issues and ensure alignment on goals Reporting Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports meeting notes project plans and issue logs Maintain and help develop training and process documentation Create and present regular reports for upper management and key stakeholders Continuous Improvement Evaluate project outcomes to capture lessons learned implementing process improvements for future projects Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within project teams Responsible for adhering to set internal controls Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls Desired Skills and Knowledge Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and external clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint and project management tools Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Education Bachelor s degree in business administration Project Management Engineering Security or related field or commensurate experience PMP Project Management Professional or similar certification is a plus but not required Location Hyderabad Hybrid - 3 Days from Office Experience 3 years of experience in project management project coordination or operations Proven track record in managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams Experience with project management software e g MS Project Asana Jira Trello etc is preferred Compensation 12 LPA Website www autorabit com Powered by JazzHR
