Roles and Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will

- You&aposll be responsible to define test strategy. Lead the Team of Test engineers in 100 % Test automation
- Qualify integration of multiple features and components in system
- Initiate, introduce new processes to streamline the verification process
- Integrate project testing with CI/CD pipeline
- Conduct load, stress and endurance tests
- Break down problems and estimate time required for quality related tasks
- Work independently and delivers testing and use case creation which meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
- Write effective tests according to best practices so that crucial functional requirements are verified and tests remain valid when code is refactored
- Develop and execute the overall verification strategy for the platform of an on-premises/cloud-based system
- Work with the software developers to implement integration and verification automation at all levels of the software stack and system
- Authoring and reviewing functional and automated tests and test harnesses application and services under test
- Establish and execute test cases essential in identifying and optimizing application performance, including reporting and documenting system problems
- Integrate performance testing with continuous integration process
- Use test automation techniques (data driven, pairwise, mocking, test hooks) that fit the problem space
- Develop and execute maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases
- Develop and enhance the test infrastructure and continuous integration framework.
- Determine testing best practices and principals and promotes them across the organization

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor&aposs degree from an accredited university or college
- 6+ years or more professional experience System & Integration Testing
- Experience providing technical leadership to engineers, leading an engineering team, and / or mentorship

Essentials Skills

- Exposure to microservice technology
- Demonstrable experience and fluency with Test design Technique Experience in creating verification plan & controlling Verification execution Experience with Java testing frameworks (selenium)
- Experience with and understanding of Git Experience working in Scrum agile environment.
- Experience in end-to-end system testing and automation for small to medium complexity features
- Knowledge of Automated build and testing platforms (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc)
- Deep knowledge of automated testing frameworks and languages (Appium, Selenium, ROBOT, Squish, etc)
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc)
- Knowledge of testing both with and without a GUI (RESTful API, Web services, device farms etc)
- Knowledge of issue tracking tools such as CA AgileCentral(formerly Rally) Jira, Bugzilla, etc
- Strong knowledge of Distributed Version Control Systems (Subversion, Github, Gitlab etc)
- Expert in breaking down problems and estimating time for tasks
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Skilled in providing oversight and guiding team members in automation tasks
- Strong Experience in BDD, TDD, Data driven and Hybrid automation frameworks (preferably cucumber & JBehave)
- Strong Experience to programmatically test products; measure test coverage; develop best automation, profiling, and performance/load testing tools; and drive testability and diagnostic ability into the product.
- Expert in performance testing using tools like JMeter or Locust
- Experience enforcing software design with Behavioral Driven Development and Test-driven development

- Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Having DevOps expertise CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Experience with Medical Devices is a plus
