Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling both inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate client records. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work effectively across departments. The main objective is to enhance customer satisfaction, build long-term client relationships, and provide a seamless communication experience.Key Responsibilities1. Client Communication (Inbound & Outbound) Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding products, services, or support issues. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, verify information, update clients, or collect feedback. Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in all communications. Clearly and confidently explain company offerings, policies, and procedures. 2. Record Maintenance & CRM Updates Maintain and update detailed client information in the company’s CRM system. Log all calls, interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions in an organized and timely manner. Ensure that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible for internal teams. 3. Coordination With Internal Departments Liaise with the sales, operations, accounts, and technical departments to resolve client issues or fulfill service requests. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining accountability and follow-up. Ensure smooth handoffs and communication between departments and the client. 4. Providing Accurate Information Offer accurate and clear information to clients regarding services, product features, timelines, or documentation. Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, service changes, and process updates. Use company-provided resources and training to stay informed and provide correct responses. 5. Handling Customer Queries & Concerns Understand and address customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Provide first-level support and ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues. Follow up with clients until queries or complaints are fully resolved. 6. Daily Reporting & Follow-up Submit daily call reports, client feedback summaries, and pending issue updates to the team leader or manager. Track open tickets or pending follow-ups and ensure timely closure.
