Your Role GalaxiQ builds AI-driven marketing automation, real-time analytics and creative content workflows. We’re looking for an ML Ops Engineer who can turn experimental models into reliable, scalable production systems. You will: - Design and maintain end-to-end ML/LLM pipelines (training, evaluation, deployment). - Build and operate model serving (APIs, workers, streaming consumers). - Set up CI/CD for ML with proper testing, versioning and rollback. - Own monitoring & observability (latency, drift, failures, business KPIs). - Work with AI, data, and product teams to productionize notebooks into hardened services. - Optimize cloud cost and performance across compute, storage, and models. What You Bring - 3+ years in backend / DevOps / ML Ops. - Strong Python (bonus: Node.js/TypeScript) and cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure). - Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes or Cloud Run. - Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). - Familiarity with data/ML tooling (Airflow/Prefect, MLflow/W&B, BigQuery or similar). Nice to Have - Experience with LLM/AI APIs (OpenAI, Vertex, Bedrock) and vector DBs.
