Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree The Sky Phygital Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers They will engage with customers through various channels including meetings video calls and telecalls to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions The primary focus will be on cross-selling asset and liability products as well as third-party investment offerings Responsibilities Customer Engagement Meeting video calling and telecalling customers to understand their needs and provide solutions Relationship Management Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers ensuring their satisfaction and retention Cross-Selling Promoting and selling asset liability and third-party investment products to existing customers Deepening Relationships Strengthening relationships with existing customers by offering tailored solutions and additional services Lead Conversion Working closely with VRM and CEC teams to convert leads into customers Collaboration Working in tandem with LI GI KSEC IC and Asset teams for timely business conversions Customer Stickiness Ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction through excellent service and product offerings Acquisition and X-Sell Acquiring new customers and cross-selling products to existing ones Demonstration Explaining and demonstrating the bank s facilities and services to customers both online and offline Customer Service Handling customer service requirements such as account openings product selling and addressing queries Qualifications Graduate Post Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or finance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer relationship management abilities Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement Knowledge of asset liability and investment products Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
