Job Title Quality Control Manager Function Department Financial Crime - EDD Job Purpose The role of the Quality Control manager to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products services The ideal candidate will oversee the entire quality control process conduct inspections identify defects and recommend improvements to meet regulatory and company standards Roles Responsibilities Inspect and test incoming materials in-process production and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards Develop implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation Monitor production processes and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency Identify quality issues investigate root causes and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions Maintain records of inspections tests and related activities for compliance audits Ensure adherence to standard defined process and regulatory guidelines Train production staff on quality control standards and best practices Collaborate with the quality assurance QA team to improve the overall quality management system Educational Qualifications Graduation Bachelor of Commerce B com Bachelor of Science B Sc Bachelor of Arts BA Bachelor of Business Insurance BBI Bachelor of Management Studies BMS Post-Graduation Master of Business Administration MBA Master of Commerce M com Master of Arts MA Experience 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
