Job Title Sales Executive - Financial Products Location BARASAT NORTH 24 PGS Experience Required Minimum 1 year in financial product sales or a related field Job Type Full-Time On-site Remote Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products to individuals or businesses maintaining client relationships and meeting exceeding sales targets Key Responsibilities Promote and sell a range of financial products e g Demat Mutual Fund Insurance investment products Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones Conduct needs analysis to understand client financial goals Provide product information and suitable recommendations Close sales and ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in selling financial products Demat Mutual Fund Insurance investment products Strong understanding of financial services and products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Marketing or related field preferred but not mandatory Benefits Competitive salary performance-based incentives Training and professional development opportunities Health insurance and other company benefits Career growth path within the organization Job Type Full-time Pay 14 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Life insurance Work Location In person
