Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in New Delhi. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, provide customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, address customer service issues, and improve customer experience. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, managing service requests, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Satisfaction
- Skills in managing Customer Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- Previous experience in the pest control or related industry is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
