Professional Services Consultant

Job Description This role presents an exciting opportunity to step into the dynamic world of tax and financial technology. If you are a consultant looking for your next role while still being able to leverage your finance and reporting experience, this may be the role for you. As a consultant in the Professional Services team, you will have a wide range of responsibilities as a subject matter expert in our software products. You will deliver implementation projects for financial reporting software for a range of clients, including ASX100 and multi-national corporates. You will advise clients as the technical subject matter expert for our software products, train clients, prepare guides and other documentation. About The Role: In this opportunity as Consultant, Professional Services, you will: - Deliver implementation projects for financial reporting software products, including advising clients as the technical subject matter expert, providing training, and troubleshooting. - Be involved in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our software products and services to new and existing customers. - Deliver multiple implementation projects at the same time, working alongside a project manager. - Enable client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting the client relationship managers in their dealings with customers as the technical expert. - Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required; and - Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.
