About the role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth delivery of end-user services, and securing enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms, cloud administration, security tools, and networking fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows device deployment, configuration, and compliance policies.
- Manage JAMF Pro for Apple macOS and iOS device provisioning, updates, and security enforcement.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot web tunnel security solutions such as Zscaler.
- Administration of Microsoft Defender suite (including Vulnerability Management).
- Administration of Microsoft Purview.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure endpoint and network security compliance.
- Perform Microsoft Azure and AWS administration, including user and group management, security settings, and integration with on-premises systems.
- Support Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- CRM tools administration.
- Provide tier 2/3 IT support for escalated technical issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile environments.
- Assist in patch management, asset lifecycle management, and system performance optimization.
- Provide end users support.
- Support IT infrastructure projects from design through implementation.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven Intune Administrator experience (Windows device configuration, compliance policies, Autopilot).
- Proven JAMF Pro Administrator experience (macOS/iOS device management, security enforcement).
- Experience with Zscaler or similar web tunnel software (Cloud security gateway, policy configuration).
- Hands-on Azure Administration (RBAC, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Security policies).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge AzureAD/EntraID, Conditional Access policies and identity federation.
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and administration tasks.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Jamf 200/300, or Zscaler Certified Engineer.
- Experience with other MDM solutions, security tools, or cloud platforms.
- Previous experience in a corporate IT environments infrastructure.
