Key Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution as per drawings and specifications. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for design clarifications and approvals. - Manage labour, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain quality and timelines. - Ensure high standards of workmanship, especially inarchitectural details and finishes. - Conduct site measurements, prepare progress reports, and update project schedules. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols. - Monitor material usage, check quality of construction materials, and reduce wastage. - Support billing team with site measurements and certification. Key Skills & Competencies - Hands-on experience inarchitect-designed residential projects. - Strong understanding of finishes, detailing, and architectural coordination. - Good communication skills for client and consultant interactions. - Ability to lead teams and resolve site-level challenges independently. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and basic site management tools. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. - 25 years of experience in residential building construction, preferably architect-driven projects.
