Today, Rollick is present in 15 states and has plans to soon be available pan India. website: Location: Kolkata Interested candidate please share your updated resume: Job Title: District Manager - FMCG Department: Sales & Distribution Location: Silchar and Jorhat Job Purpose: To lead and manage the sales operations, distribution network, and team performance within the assigned district to ensure achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and execution of marketing initiatives as per company standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the district. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market. - Ensure product availability, visibility, and display across all outlets. - Monitor competition activities and share market insights. 2. Team Management - Manage, train, and motivate Sales Officers / Sales Representatives. - Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews. - Ensure effective communication between the field team and head office. 3. Distribution & Channel Management - Appoint and manage distributors / super stockists as per company policy. - Ensure proper secondary and tertiary sales tracking. - Monitor distributor ROI, stock levels, and claim settlements. 4. Execution & Operations - Implement company schemes, promotions, and product launches effectively. - Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and reporting systems. - Maintain hygiene of market execution standards (merchandising, visibility, branding). 5. Reporting & Analysis - Submit periodic sales reports and market feedback. - Analyze sales data and take corrective actions where needed. Key Skills Required: - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation ability - Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset - In-depth knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution systems - Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Qualification & Experience: - Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Administration preferred - 5-8 years of experience in FMCG sales - Experience in managing distributors and rural/urban markets CTC Range: As per industry standards
