Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive who can independently manage assigned clients and territories. The role involves developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the allocated region. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve business targets through effective marketing strategies and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Client & Territory Management Handle assigned clients and territories independently, ensuring maximum coverage and growth. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new clients. Understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and ensure timely delivery of services/products. Business Development Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned accounts and territory. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches. Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management Serve as the key point of contact for all client queries, concerns, and escalations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Develop account management strategies to strengthen relationships with key clients. Marketing & Promotion Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in the assigned territory. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business growth. Submit regular reports on sales progress, territory performance, and client feedback. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, and support) to ensure smooth client servicing. Skills and Competencies Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage client relationships and independently handle assigned accounts. Good presentation and business pitching abilities. Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business growth. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
