Location Noida Experience 3-6 years minimum age 28 preferred Reports To Founders COO About Us We are a fast-growing buying house and an Indian D2C Home brand with a 30-member team As we scale we are building a strong HR foundation to support our people and culture We re looking for a mature and dependable HR Officer who can take ownership of core HR operations and be someone both leadership and employees can look up to See what we do https www ieraliving com https www muunhome com Role Overview As our HR Officer you ll be responsible for implementing HR processes and policies ensuring smooth hiring and onboarding managing payroll and compliance and driving performance review cycles This is a hands-on role where you ll be both an HR operator and a trusted advisor for the team Key Responsibilities 1 Talent Acquisition Onboarding Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and build effective job descriptions Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating final selections Conduct onboarding to integrate new hires smoothly into the team and culture 2 HR Policies Compliance Implement and maintain HR policies and employee handbook Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements PF ESI gratuity contracts etc 3 Payroll Employee Administration Manage payroll processing accurately and on time in coordination with Accounts Finance Maintain employee records contracts leaves and attendance systems 4 Performance Management Drive quarterly and annual performance review cycles with managers Track progress on individual and team goals help leaders give structured feedback Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and development needs 5 Culture Employee Engagement Be a trusted point of contact for employees ensure people feel heard and supported Help foster a culture of collaboration accountability and growth Proactively identify morale issues and propose solutions What We re Looking For 3-6 years of HR generalist experience open to slightly less if maturity and leadership presence is demonstrated Minimum age 28 someone colleagues can look up to and trust Strong knowledge of HR operations recruitment payroll compliance performance management High emotional maturity integrity and confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us Shape the HR function at a growing company Work closely with leadership gaining exposure to strategic decision-making Be part of a close-knit team where your work directly impacts culture and growth Compensation as per industry standards Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
