Job Description We are seeking a talented individual to join our investments team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Specialist Investments We are looking to hire a Specialist in the GSD Investment Consulting Alternative Investments The role will be responsible for working within the Client Team, specifically within the Alternative investment function to deliver excellent and consistent experience for all our clients through our channels of communication. This role will support portfolio of clients, assisting the Onshore stakeholders on their day to day needs and use of the tool, as well as being responsible for preparing monthly Performance report for the Alternative investments consisting of Private Equity and Real Assets. Report preparation includes identifying and updating funds recurring cash flows and valuations in the application and calculation and analysis of performance measures like IRR. The incumbent in this role should have an understanding of the investment strategies and the importance of their role in achieving the company targets and client satisfaction scores.
