Job Title: Industrial Automation & Validation Trainer

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial Automation & Validation Trainer with 10+ years of industry expertise in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, automotive, and multi-industry environments. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on and theoretical training on automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance (FDA, cGMP, GAMP5) while ensuring participants gain practical skills aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training programs on Industrial Automation, Validation, and Regulatory Compliance for professionals across multiple industries.
- Provide in-depth instruction on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems with expertise in Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other automation platforms.
- Conduct training on pharma validation processes, including equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory guidelines.
- Train on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements.
- Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
- Develop training material, case studies, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide participants on industry best practices, preparing them for real-world challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest automation technologies, validation trends, and regulatory updates, and incorporate them into training modules.

Core Skills & Expertise:

- Industrial Automation Tools: PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS (Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and others).
- Validation Expertise: Pharma validation, equipment qualification, process validation, computerized system validation (CSV).
- Regulatory Knowledge: FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity.
- Technical Skills: Automation integration, troubleshooting, instrumentation, optimization.
- Industries Exposure: Pharma, biotech, medical devices, automotive, FMCG, and other multi-industries.
- Training Skills: Strong communication, curriculum development, and hands-on training delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation) or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of training, mentoring, or technical teaching in industrial automation and validation.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory standards and quality management systems.
