Job Description Skills: UI Path Experience: 7-12 Years Location: Greater Noida Job Description: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of UiPath-based automation solutions across P&C insurance functions. - Analyze complex insurance processes (e.g., claims adjudication, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals) to identify automation opportunities. - Collaborate with underwriters, claims analysts, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Architect reusable components and frameworks for insurance-specific automation use cases. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards (e.g., NAIC, GDPR, HIPAA). - Mentor junior developers and enforce RPA best practices, including exception handling, logging, and security. - Integrate UiPath with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, legacy systems) and third-party APIs. - Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
