Semi-Senior Associate

- Lead U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance (Forms 5471, 926, 851).
- Compute deferred taxes, B&O excise taxes, and state apportionment workpapers.
- Summarize Stock based compensation reports and calculate state sales tax accruals.
- Manage tax trackers, monitor notices, and support capital loss valuation allowance analysis.
- Perform reconciliation analysis and ensure consistency between NetSuite and Looker.
- Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisioning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Proficiency in NetSuite, OneSource, Google Suite.
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment.
