The Team Our Global team is looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Researcher, who is based in New Delhi. This role is integral to A&M's growth and success, offering a high-impact opportunity in a fast-paced environment. The TA Researcher will integrate within the wider Global TA Research team and help drive and execute talent research across several regions. How You Will Contribute - Partner with Senior Associate Talent Researcher and Talent Acquisition Leads to understand hiring priorities and role requirements. - Conduct targeted search to identify potential candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and a wide array of research channels like broader web searches, company bios, whitepapers, conference lists, publications. - Support in maintaining and updating ongoing documentation such as M&A tracking, Private Equity activity and competitive intelligence reports. - Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports that summarize talent market trends, company activity, and candidate movement. - Contribute to the creation of market insight presentations and decks for business and Talent Acquisition Stakeholders. - Develop robust target lists and in-depth market maps of executive level top talent for various business units across the globe with a particular focus on the Americas and APAC. - Partner with recruiters and researcher to ensure accurate data flow and consistency across tools and systems. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business management/HR or related discipline. - 5-7 years of talent research or sourcing experience in an executive search setting, Agency, or equivalent in-house function. - Experience supporting Professional Services, Consulting, Finance, Tax or Private Equity executive roles preferred. - Strong research and data organization skills, with high attention to detail. - Hands-on experience mapping/sourcing top talent from various sources such as social networks, search engines, conferences, industry news, and referrals. Hands-on experience mapping/sourcing top talent from various sources (e.g., social networks, search engines, conferences, industry news, referrals), including leveraging AI-driven sourcing techniques (e.g., generative AI or automation tools) to boost search efficiency and effectiveness. - Strong interest in finding niche and often hard to find profiles using the latest candidate sourcing tools and methods. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt priorities to changing business needs. - Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, Lusha, Contact Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint Power BI or similar visualization tools (experience building dashboards is a plus). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
