Service Desk Representative – Physical Therapy Clinic Job Type: Internship 3 Months with Placement Opportunity | Full time employee Location: Remote (Khopoli, Rasyani, Panvel preferable) Timings: Eastern Standard time: 5pm to 2am IST The Service Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments. Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls from patients, addressing scheduling requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly. • Make outbound calls to patients for appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling. • Coordinate with therapists and front desk staff to maintain accurate scheduling and avoid conflicts. • Document call interactions, patient requests, and updates in clinic records. • Assist patients with basic information about services, insurance requirements, and clinic guidelines. • Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member. • Support front desk and administrative functions as required.
