Role Description We're seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications from conception to deployment. Responsibilites - Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js/Express.js for backend - Work with MongoDB databases to create efficient data models and query structures - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to transform requirements into elegant technical solutions - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers - Implement testing strategies to ensure code quality and reliability - Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments - Stay updated with current industry trends and technologies Requirements - 3-5 years of professional experience with the MERN stack - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES6+ features - Extensive experience with React.js, Redux, and React ecosystem tools - Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js frameworks - Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose ORM - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL - Familiarity with version control systems (Git) - Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, etc.) - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice to Have - Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services - Knowledge of Docker and containerization - Experience with Agile development methodologies - Understanding of microservices architecture - Experience with WebSockets for real-time applications - Contributions to open-source projects Benefits - Competitive salary based on experience - Flexible remote work options - Paid time off and holidays - Modern equipment and tools
