Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive  Executive Assistant  with a background in Interior Design - to support leadership while acting as a key point of contact for client communication. This role goes beyond scheduling – you’ll nurture relationships, coordinate with customers, and help ensure we deliver on our promises with grace and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the company and clients – respond to emails, calls, and follow-ups
Maintain a calendar of meetings, installations, and customer check-ins
Prepare quotes, presentations, and communication drafts for leadership
Track ongoing client projects, feedback, and timelines using tools like Excel or Notion
Assist in organizing client meetings, showroom visits, and follow-up communication
Maintain accurate client records and communications history
Support day-to-day admin tasks, documentation, and internal coordination

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in client-facing or executive assistant roles
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools and CAD/Sketchup
Professional, approachable, and reliable demeanor
Strong follow-up and relationship-building instincts
Back ground in interior design will be helpful

Bonus if you have

Experience in design, interiors, or furniture industries
A knack for making clients feel heard, respected, and remembered
Prior work in a small business or startup environment
