Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Engineer located in Barmer. Responsibilities include creating detailed planning and scheduling for ongoing projects, monitoring project progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. The Planning Engineer will manage production planning, enforce project controls, and analyze data to optimize resource allocation. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive efficient execution. Regular coordination and communication with stakeholders will be critical to ensure smooth project operations. Qualifications - Proficiency in Planning and Production Planning to manage project schedules and resources effectively - Strong Analytical Skills and Project Control expertise for monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to timelines - Excellent Communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders, and management - Ability to handle project complexity with organizational and time management capabilities - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required - Experience in the power transmission or energy sector is an advantage - Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
