Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Design and implement a comprehensive performance framework to monitor and optimize system performance
  • Implement an observability stack to provide real-time visibility into system operations
  • Support internal engineering teams in performance benchmarking and observability onboarding
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python programming language; experience with C++, Java, or Golang is a bonus
  • Strong mathematical and statistical skills, with expertise in data analysis
  • Familiarity with Observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Jaeger, and Signoz
  • Bonus experience with Jenkins, JMeter, ClickHouse, k8s, AWS, and other related technologies
  • Experience in designing and developing scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API design principles
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in cloud infrastructure
