Position – Internship - Merchandising

Compensation: ₹8,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Fashion Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm in managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores while also contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio. This role requires a balance of creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Designer & Store Management

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
- Coordinate merchandise flow and business operations.
- Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.

Business Growth & Brand Development

- Drive sales growth for existing brands by developing merchandising strategies.
- Track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.

Onboarding & Partnerships

- Identify and onboard new designers that align with the company's vision.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
- Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in fashion merchandising. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
