Your Role

We are hiring a seasonedKubernetes Platform Adminwith9 to 12 years of experience for PAN India location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing on-premises Kubernetes clusters, configuring secure and scalable infrastructure, and implementing production-grade networking and ingress solutions usingNGINX or Traefik. If you have deep expertise in Kubernetes operations, automation, and cloud-native technologies, we'd love to connect with you

- Design & Deploy Clusters: Architect and implement production-grade Kubernetes clusters on-premises using Nutanix infrastructure.
- Manage Cluster Lifecycle: Perform upgrades, scaling, high availability configurations, and disaster recovery planning.
- Automate Operations: Use tools like kubeadm, Helm, and Ansible to automate cluster setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Configure Security & Access: Set up RBAC, pod security policies, network policies, and manage secrets to ensure secure operations.
- Implement Networking & Ingress: Configure CNI plugins, ingress controllers (NGINX/Traefik), and optionally service mesh for efficient traffic routing.
- Monitor & Troubleshoot: Integrate monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk) and lead root cause analysis for performance issues and outages.

Your Profile

- Kubernetes On-Premises Expertise: Experience designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal and virtualized environments (e.g., Nutanix).
- Cluster Lifecycle Management: Skilled in upgrades, scaling, high availability, disaster recovery, and automation using kubeadm, Helm, and Ansible.
- Ingress & Networking: Proficient in configuring ingress controllers likeNGINXandTraefik, CNI plugins, and service mesh integrations.
- Security & Governance: Strong knowledge of RBAC, pod security policies, network policies, secrets management, and Kubernetes security best practices.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Experienced with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Splunk for observability and root cause analysis.
- CI/CD & Containerization: Solid background in Docker and building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions for microservices deployment.
