Job Description Opportunity Description Microdata Global LLP is seeking highly motivated Fresher Naval Architects to join our accelerated 3-Month Marine Software Training and On-The-Job (OJT) Program. This unique program is designed to provide immediate, practical expertise by immersing candidates in specialized marine software training conducted directly on live industry projects from Day One. Program Highlights & Benefits - Guaranteed Full-Time Absorption: Successful candidates will be absorbed as full-time employees at Microdata Global LLP upon completion of the 3-month program. - Paid OJT: Participants receive a competitive salary throughout the 3-month duration of the OJT. - Real-World Experience: Gain critical, hands-on experience by working on live naval architecture projects immediately. - Specialized Skill Set: Master essential marine software and project execution methodologies.
