CTC: Upto INR 8 LPA

We are a dynamic creative agency specializing in high-impact presentations, motion graphics, videos, and VFX for leadership-level communication. We are seeking a Creative Production Manager to oversee the production of presentations while managing a talented team of designers and maintaining strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in creative production and a passion for delivering exceptional quality.

Role Overview

The Creative Production Manager will lead the creation of presentations for high-profile clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, direct the creative team, and ensure seamless delivery. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and client management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Production

- Manage the production of high-quality presentations, videos, VFX, and motion graphics.

- Oversee the development of 3D animations, visual effects, and multimedia assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative and technical standards, maintaining attention to detail.

2. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Address client feedback promptly and implement changes effectively to achieve desired results.

3. Project Management

- Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and resources for multiple creative projects simultaneously.

- Monitor progress, address potential bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure deliverables are on-brand and exceed expectations.

4. Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of designers, motion graphic artists, and video editors, providing guidance and feedback.

- Allocate resources effectively, balancing workload across the team.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging innovation and creativity.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a creative production role within an agency or production house.

- Proven track record of managing presentations, motion graphics, videos projects.

2. Creative & Technical Expertise

- Knowledge of tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides for presentation design.

3. Client & Project Management

- Strong client management skills, with the ability to handle high-profile clients and demanding timelines.

- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

4. Leadership & Soft Skills

- Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
