Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding: Attract, select, and onboard new employees, managing the entire hiring process from job description creation to final hiring. Employee Relations: Act as a mediator between employees and management, addressing issues, and resolving workplace disputes. Compensation and Benefits: Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll. Training and Development: Oversee and support professional development and training programs to foster employee growth. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Performance Management: Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback and coaching. Workplace Culture: Promote a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized employee records.
