Job Description Deal Sourcing & Acquisition: - Identify and source viable land and development deals for SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) projects - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and relevant stakeholders Regulatory Assessment: - Analyze and interpret SRA-related regulations and guidelines to ensure project compliance - Stay updated on government policies, zoning laws, and approval processes impacting SRA projects Deal Analysis & Feasibility: - Conduct comprehensive financial and technical feasibility studies for potential projects - Assess risks, returns, and viability to support decision-making and investment approvals Negotiation & Deal Finalization: - Lead negotiations with landowners, developers, and legal parties to secure favorable terms - Oversee contract drafting and finalization in coordination with legal teams to protect company interests Legal & Compliance: - Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory standards and company policies - Liaise with legal advisors for due diligence, approvals, and risk mitigation
