Responsibilities Role and Responsibility Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to establish and maintain relationships with government agencies regulatory bodies and local authorities Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and policy changes that may impact the organization s operations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Represent the organization in meetings hearings and discussions with external stakeholders Coordinate and facilitate the approval process for various projects permits and licenses Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory authorities Provide guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters and compliance requirements Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory trends to proactively address potential issues Manage a team of liaison officers and specialists to achieve departmental goals and objectives Ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements in all liaison activities Behavioural Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and diplomacy abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Leadership and team management skills Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of Real Estate laws regulations and policies Proficiency in interpreting and implementing compliance requirements Experience in liaising with government agencies and managing approvals Advanced understanding of land acquisition processes and legal frameworks Non-Negotiable Skills Proven track record in Real Estate liaison and government relations Strong leadership and team management capabilities Expertise in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor s Masters Degree in Any field Minimum 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry Demonstrated track record of successful liaison activities and government relations Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance and approvals
